dc.description.abstract | The object of this project is to design a Bottle Filling System an Industrial Process Control using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software for continuous monitoring and control. To make this work operator will have place empty bottles at one end of the of the system and collect the filled bottles from another end, this high speed process will protect the liquid from spilling over and reduce, a lot of valuable time and effort of day to day labour. In affiliation with Buraq Integrated Solutions (PVT) Limited, a leading company in automation industry this project will bridge the gap between men and machine from bringing all the controls of various sensors and motors on a single Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen, generate various level alarms to maintaining logs, this will be an end to end solution that can easily be further customized to fulfil the day to day requirements of a certain industry. This basic system can be applied to various industrial applications which require supervising and controlling complex systems. This project is being implemented on an industrial water filling system but can be used with any type of liquid with minor changes as the equipment used is specially selected to work in different environments. | en_US |
