| dc.description.abstract | Purpose Digitalization is now part of modern daily life including healthcare delivery. Digital health resources, including electronic medical records, patient portals, and telemedicine, allow patients to connect directly with health care systems. Telemedicine, a network that allows a remote audio and video provider to view patients, holds immense promise in healthcare delivery, including improved access, comfort, treatment continuity and cost savings. There are two purposes ofthe article; one is the consumer (patients) perceptions using telemedicine and other is to see the future of healthcare more successful by implementing the technology based solutions and that is Telemedicine. Methodology & Design The electronic survey was developed to check the analytical construct and potential research theories. The survey has been based on web-based questionnaire. Study is designed to explain relationship between the dependent Latent variable i.e., transforming of Healthcare via Telemedicine. SPSS Version 20.0 was used to estimate the structural equation model (SEM). Findings A complete intervention effect between consumer involvement towards TM and its transformation in healthcare is seen in this research. The effectiveness of TM will when consumer have the knowledge and awareness about it. appear Limitations This research has limitations that need to be improved in the future. The main limitation of the present study relates to the sampling method. The chances of participants having similar characteristics are higher. The limitations of this analysis are that this analysis cannot be applied to a higher level. Recommendations: Further study suggests that more digital heath apps should be developed so that consumer/patient should freely interact or involved for their health. Telemedicine is one of the pillars of the digital apps. As per technology is the need for every consumer. | en_US |
