dc.description.abstract | In today’s world technology is so advance that all the big things are converted into small and by having this concept in mind this project is about converting the canning system into a small system which works same as a big machine by covering a small area and to work efficiently and accurately by reducing human effort. Engineering is the core of technology, and nowadays all the industries are depending on it. And to cover that aspect automated systems comes into play. In order to reduce human effort in any field like factory, automated systems plays a very handy role to do that. And that’s the main theme of our project. In this project two different substances, placed in two beakers will be poured in a large container placed right below them. The quantity of the substance will be proposed through a GUI and is controlled with the electronic wolves attached to the tubes connected with the beakers. In the container a stirrer is placed that will help to mix the two substance in it, and then put the mixed substance in the cans moving on the conveyer present below the container. When the CAN is filled it than be cover with the lid and then the final product will move on. GUI is designed in order to show the processing of the whole automated canning system. It benefits the user to keep monitoring the system through his PC by sitting in his room. GUI helps the user to see the problems if occurs in the system through GUI, and helps to locate and troubleshoot the problem easily. | en_US |
