Abstract:
Purpose- Aim of the study is to investigate the factors that affect decision while investing in FMCG. The study signifies various variables like; net income, ROA, ROE and
share Price as independent . where Capital and Dividends work as Investor decision as a dependent variable. All the variables showed their positive and negatives aspects which are quite helpful for investors while investing. Investor is a person who booms a company
share and invest in it for profit purpose.
The current study determines that there are more variable that can be explore but the most
Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Income and Share Price indicators prominent ones are;
of Factors where Capital and Dividends indicates Investor decision.
Methodology/Sample-The study carried-out 10 years data of seven (7) top most FMCg firms
the source of collection data. in Karachi. Karachi Stock Exchange and Annuals R All the data fed collected in Excel Sheet and then transferred to Eviews Software that connects a statistical tool known as Panel Regression analysis and with the help of 77 Cross Sectional the result is calculated. The reliability ofthe data is analyzed by Sig.value less than 0.05. Some
variables were insignificant and some were significant.
Findings- This study discusses the factors effects investor decision in the view of FMCG, The
results indicates that Share price has a significant impact on capital it means that investor
decision is effected by share price. Beside, ROE and Net income also showed a Positive side
with dividends aspects.. Rest variables were insignificant showed a negative impact on investor
decision.
