dc.description.abstract Purpose: Employees need the possession of soft skills’to withstand the rivalry and diversity of the corporate world. In response to their employers' expectations, it is critical for employees to show soft skills such as group growth and teamwork. Employers now want to get hold of critical soft skills learned by workers when learning and acquiring job experience instead of only using degree-related expertise. The current studies focus more on training its impact ofsoft, skills and training on performance ofemployees Methodology Deductive approach was adopted for this study. Using purposive sampling technique, quantitative primary data was collected from a sample of 223 respondents on 5-point Likert scale by the help of questionnaire. The research design is descriptive. The results are derived through statistical tools, Hypothesis Testing, Linear Regression and Reliability tests, using SPSS Version 23. Findings The results demonstrated that training effectiveness had no impact on soft skills of employees. However, training strategy was positively associated with soft skills of employees. The results also indicate that there was a significant relationship among soft skills and employee performance who are working at FMGC sector Karachi, Pakistan. The results suggested that if employees are provided all necessary and sufficient soft skills, work performance in an organization will improve; but it will also rely on the different factors of training to use the knowledge given to improve the employee performance. The training and proper plans help the employees to work effectively and encourage them to perform well their tasks. course Implication These major stakeholders of this research study are the middle and upper-level management employee. This research study shows the employees the impact of the soft skills on the performance ofthe employees working in the FMCG sector of Karachi. en_US
