Abstract:
Today’s modern era the SHRM has an important role to develop business. The effect of
strategic HRM on the organization performance has been examined both on financial
performance and employee’s performance. Organizations coordinated their strategies and
practices and process in the business with the appearance ofstrategic HRM. Today’s most of
the organizations want to change or enhance their product with the changing business
environment, for this purpose they have to act strategically.
Purpose
This research was conduct to study and find out the role of strategic human resource
management on employees performance and effectiveness.
Methodology & Design
A research was carried out in the form of a well-structured questionnaire was developed for
collection of quantitative primary data from a sample of275 respondents. The collected data
was then treated by applying SPSS software tools to study the role of strategic human
resource management and the impact on employee’s effectiveness.
Findings
This study found that most of the organizations are not focusing on the performance ofthe
employees and both employee’s performance and financial resources are significant to
increase the organizations productivity. The organization effectiveness is entirely depending
on the SHRM and employment skills. It is conclude that organizations must increase the
leadership and other skills to boost up the performance of employees and organizations
efficiency.
Limitations
From organization effectiveness I have find out business environment, management
philosophy and employees believe about the organization.
Recommendations
If organizations wants to change or to emphasize the growth and efficiency ofthe company
therefore they necessity to considered employees performance as main concern and change
their business environment according to current business needs and trends.
