dc.description.abstract Purpose Training and development of an employee’s is one ofthe major components for the performance of employee. In this study, the influence of training and development on employee performance through different variables is studied. Training and development will lead to higher job satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfill their duties with a great deal of responsibility with best performance. Methodology & Design Data were collected from 400 employees of banking industries that evaluated using regression and correlation. Bankers provide data reflecting the degree to which their organization work to improve their skills through different training and development programs on regular interval. Findings Generally, the adoption of training and development leads to improve the skills of their employees, and motivate them to give their 100% best as per the requirement of the organization Limitations In this study, it was essential to reduce the number of measurement scale item from 57 to 29 to ensure that the degrees of freedom exceed the number of parameters estimated.
