Findings:
Limitations: As there is always a room for improvement and it can be done by overcoming
the following key limitations. For this study, snowball sampling best suited our requirements,
but probabilistic sampling method could’ve been more accurate. Another limitation was the
shorter span of time with impact of COVID-19. Several organizations were closed or not
allowed to enter due to COVID-19. For this kind of important and vast research good time
period along with audience cooperation for collection of data is essentially required.
Recommendations: Growing scope of Green culture calls for entrepreneurs to explore more
elements involved in relationship of Green Supply Chain Management and their impact on
organizational performance and profits. Also cost savings in long-term is enjoyed and
similarities can be determined. Also, a fair comparison of traditional Supply Chain and Green
Supply Chain Management can be obtained.
