dc.description.abstract Purpose: In this global market advancement, new technologies and innovations have raised rapidly so assuredly that the supply chain management (SCM) is one of the essential for any company and now the competition has high and transfer from organization to industry, so any lacking can affect and hit the entire industry activities and performance. When we observe Pakistan’s development, only service and industry sectors are contributed their parts, so we can say the industry sector is growing gradually but it faces many problems to run their operations but now industries internal operations by creating collaboration among them resolve many issues. The main objective of this research is to locate the probable superiority of supply chain collaborations as regards attaining operational performance. Methodology & Design: This study is based on explanatory research directing among the supply chain departments in the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. 384 responses were collected from supply chain members, internees, executives, assistants, associates, and managers in manufacturing industries. Statistics tests are Cronbach’s Alpha, Regression, and correlation through SPSS for analysis has been used. Findings: The study finding has exposed that three supply chain management approaches in the supply chain like information sharing (IS), joint decision making (JDM), and electronic data interchange (EDI) have a positive impact on operational performance. Limitations: The research is limited to the only manufacturing sectors and other is only three approaches have taken for this study and this research results will help supply chain managers in the manufacturing industry in running their operations activities effectively by implementing IS, JDM and EDI supply chain approaches en_US
