| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors impacting employee performance in the private banking sector of Karachi, Pakistan. On Employee performance, the company productivity is dependable. By creating an extensive framework, this study aims to examine whether bullying, harassment and mobbing impacts employee performance. Methodology & Design: The research uses a causal research design to study how independent variables (bullying, harassment and mobbing) impacts on dependent variable (employee performance). Data was gathered using a close ended structured questionnaire from the workers. The research is quantitative in nature. Non probability sampling was done and the sample size is 386 respondents. Descriptive analysis, reliability test, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were run through SPSS to study the hypothesized relationships. Findings: Based on the findings, it is revealed that bullying, harassment and mobbing has negative impact on employee performance. Further, negative and significant relationship were found between the key factors and the employee performance. Implications: This study contributes to existing knowledge by testing various key factors impacting employee performance in the banking sector of Karachi. The results of this study will provide organizations to understand the toxic culture which has created due to bullying, harassment and mobbing and an insights into some practices that could reduce these factors. | en_US |
