| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The study aims to study the influence of ERP and KM on OP and to examine the complementary relationship between ERP and KM that impact OP of organization. Methodology & Design: Survey method is used for conducting the desired research and questionnaire is used as the research instrument. The nature ofthe research is quantitative and deductive method used to examine the hypothesis. The research specifies the influence of ERP and KM on OP in manufacturing companies that operates in different variety of industries in Karachi, Pakistan Findings: The empirical evidence suggested that ERP tends to have a positive influence on OP where KM as well is positively associated with OP and has a mediating influence on the relationship between ERP and OP Limitations Due to limitations of time and sources, the researcher is not able to approach all the manufacturing industries working in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. | en_US |
