BU Website Refurbishment

Abstract

The BU Website Refurbishment project has been developed to facilitate Bahria University students and faculty. The system provides a better overview of the important information about students, administration and faculty of the university. The system provides two access levels. The faculty has access to all the sections of the system, they can edit the information about the students including the internal marks, attendance, uploading material etc. Students may access only a specific part of the system. They can view the internal marks, attendance, notifications sent by teachers. Each student is provided login on the basis of an enrollment number provided by the university where as faculty logins will be based on the names of respected teacher. The objective of this project is to develop an application that will be used to supplement the faculty and students in their academic activities. The application has been made as dynamic as possible to allow room for any changes that the user may find necessary in future.
