dc.description.abstract Purpose: The assigned study is devoted to the understanding, evaluating and analyzing of the factors which are responsible for developing supply chain performance with knowledge management in the dairy sector of Karachi, Pakistan. The point of that examination is investigate the connection between K Mgt practices and SCP and identify connection between K Mgt practices and SCP in the existence of a over-all classification theories find & examination the aspects of knowledge management (K Mgt) practices which influence Supply Chain Performance (SCP). Methodology & Design: The data was collected by through stratified sampling from different organizations specially dairy industries based in Karachi. Structured questionnaire adopted for research which was self-administered. Multiple linear regression has been used to conduct analyses of the obtained data. Research design can be explained as a descriptive type of research consisting two main variables. One of these variables act as a dependent variable which is Supply chain performance which has four sub variables are efficiency, flexibility, responsiveness and product quality whereas, the other one are independent variable is knowledge management which has four sub variables knowledge creation, knowledgs storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge application they exhibit significant impact on Supply chain performance. was Findings: The findings were significant for all variables and it was proved via study that knowledge management as independent upon the variable of knowledge-sharing (KS), knowledge-creation(KC), KnowIedge-storage(KST) and knowledge-application(KA) has significant impact on the supply chain performance(SCP) dependent upon the variables of btficiency(bf), flexibility(FL), responsiveness(Rb) and product quality(PQ). Limitations: As there is always a room for improvement and it can be done by overcoming the following key limitations. For this study, snowball sampling best suited our requirements for this study, but probabilistic sampling method could’ve been more accurate. Another limitation was the COVID 19 and shorter span of time. For this kind of vast research good time period for collection of data is required. The research outcomes are based on the dairy sector based in Karachi. However, this study do not explain the customer behavior that has been exhibited by consumers the other parts of the countries. Moreover the data that has been collected were not collected from all of the dairy industries in Karachi. One of the other limitations is the time span which was very short to conduct this type ofresearch which requires good interactions with the users ofdairy industry and satisfactory response time. Recommendations: Growing scope of Dairy industry calls tor marketeers to determine more elements involved in relationship supply chain and their impact on dairy sector. Also gender and income-based differences and similarities can be determined. The siuuy wuuiu serve as a greater limestone ut die ground ui suppiy chain peildniiaiice. The factors that has been highlighted would not only improve the supply chain practices but would help p newly established banks to devise a legitimate strategy. Recommendations include the collection of data from dairy industries in Karachi. Moreover, some other methods of data collection ca be used such as structured interviews to get even more accuracy in outcomes. en_US
