| dc.description.abstract | Purpose This research is examine what Green Supply Chain Practices are being used in the Pakistani Food Industry and Manufacturing firms. It shows that the Pakistani food Industry and the manufacturing sector is quite alarmed as well. They have shown progress in recent year to improve the standards and implement new techniques to apply Green Supply Chain Practices in their respective firms. They are fairly alarmed about the environmental issue and are now on the threshold of practicing the Green Supply Chain Practices in their arenas to withstand environmental friendly support to the community. Methodology & Design To study the variables that affects in Organizational Performance (Environment, Financial, and Operational) more in FMCG companies in Pakistan and the sample size comprises 200 and this survey is conducted via close ended questionnaire by convenience sampling. Findings The result showed that the Internal Environment Management, Green Purchasing, Eco Design and Packaging and Collaboration with customers holds a significant positive relationship on Organizational Performance. Limitations As it is conducted by convenience sampling due to time limitation it may be greatly vulnerable in selection preference & influences beyond the control of the researcher. | en_US |
