dc.description.abstract Purpose Main purpose of the study is to examine the Factors effecting Employee Commitment on Organization Performance. Employee commitment is the sense of belonging of the employee toward organization and it’s important for all organization to build commitment among employees. Methodology & Design The nature of study is quantitative and descriptive. A well-designed questionnaire was used as research tool for the gathering of primary data. Using SPSS software: Cronbach’s Alpha, Regression and Co-efficient tests were applied. Data was collected from middle level managerial employees of all banks. Target population is banking sector and a sample size is 384. Findings The finding of data reveals thatthefactors of employee commitment (Job Satisfaction and Organization Performance. Two Compensation Practices) have positively effect hypothesis ofthis study is accepted and one (workplace environment) is rejected because two organization performance and on one hypotheses showed significant positive effect hypothesis showed insignificant negative effect on organization performance en_US
