dc.description.abstract Purpose ofthe Study: The research has been conducted to investigate the impact of workplace environment, employee relationship and motivation on performance ofemployees in Pakistan. Methodology: This research is quantitative. The population ofthis research is comprise of employees ofPakistan Navy from Karachi. Survey research design was used to assess the relationship between independent and dependent variable. In an attempt to collect data from participants, questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Questionnaires were sent to 450 participants. 401 questionnaires were collected after 1 month and the response rate was 89%. Convenient sampling technique used to for this research. Regression analysis have been used to study the impact and relation of independent variable on dependent variable. Findings: The result revealed that there is a significant impact of workplace environment and employee relation on employee performance. However results do not show any significant impact of motivation on performance ofemployee ofPakistan Navy. Limitations: The limitation that encounter at the time data collection activity was that some employees in Pakistan Navy were unwilling to fill the questionnaires as they are not allowed to disclose any information. They don’t have proper time to fill questionnaire. Moreover, another problem the fear ofvictimization. Some respondents were afraid ofbeing victimized by their supervisors. Organizations must maintain work environment to ensure employee performance. or improve • All components of workplace environment were significant to employee performance. For this reason organizations are advised to invest on those components. • Employees work life balance is one ofthe important componentsthat can enhance performance so organizations should implement such plan to increase employee performance. • Ensure employee participation in decision making. • Provide coaching and to the employees. • Organizations should focus more on building effective and sustainable employee relationship which enhance their performance and ensure their growth. • Employee relation managers should take corrective measures to solve the problems that has negative impact on the working environment and employee performance. en_US
