dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study aimed at identifying the elements that affect turnover intention of teachers in the private sector universities of Karachi, Pakistan Methodology: The study has selected teachers and faculty members of private sector higher education institutes of Karachi, Pakistan. The sample calculated/gathered was 256 responses from the population. Therefore, the study has used convenience sampling technique for data collection. The study has used Cronbach’s alpha for reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis-testing using SPSS Version 23. en_US
