Abstract:
Purpose
The research purpose to study the impact of logistics outsourcing impact on service
delivery ofthe manufacturing firms in Karachi.
Methodology & Design
The research is being conducted by using primary data. That is been collected through
questionnaires from different manufacturing firm in Karachi. To find out the impact of
the logistics outsourcing impact on the service delivery of the firms in Karachi. The
sample size is being taken 285 employees of different manufacturing firms from
different departments and from different management levels to find out the impact of
logistics outsourcing on different departments and on the firm as a whole.
