dc.description.abstract A frequency domain video authentication watermarking technique will be implemented. Watermarking will be done in discrete cosine transform domain. Input video will consist of common intermediate format (CIF) sequence. Watermark will be a binary image of size 128*128. Watermark will be inserted into luminance component of CIF frames. Following will be the key features of the proposed technique: • Meaningful water mark will be inserted instead of random pattern • Each frame of video can be identified with a unique watermark • Applied watermark will be highly imperceptible • It will be almost impossible to delete or recover the watermark • Watermark will survive cropping and compression attacks Video sequence will be according to the MPEG format shown in figure 1.0. en_US
