Abstract:
PURPOSE
Purpose of this quantitative research is to evaluate the impact of supply chain management
practices in which customer relationship management (CRM), supplier relationship management
(SRM), goal Congruence (CG) and information sharing (IS) are subsumed on SCP oftextile firms
in Karachi. Without involvement of any extraneous (mediating/ moderating) variables.
Design/methodology/approach
In this research deductive approach is used and it is quantitative in nature. A research was
composed on a model size of326 responses assembled from the heads oftextile firms in Karachi.
A conceptual model show the relationship between SCMPs and SCP.
Findings
This research proposes that the supply chain management performance SCMPs are decidedly
identified with SCP. CRM and SRM the officials are represented as the most critical SCMPs,
which had the best impact on the SCP in the sifted through material industry in Pakistan.
Originality/value
This examination is an endeavor to experimentally test the effect of SCMPs on SCP in sorted out
retailing setting in a developing market, Pakistan.
