dc.description.abstract Purpose It is a topic of considerable interest and debate that whether or not workplace internet leisure abbreviated as (WIL) is a virtue or a vice and about its role as well. The purpose ofthis thesis is to delve into the details ofhow WIL has an effect on the other workplace variables of outcome such as employee satisfaction abbreviated as (ES) all in the context of Pakistan. Methodology & Design Data will be collected via a self-administered questionnaire where at least 300 responses will be needed for a concrete study and conclusion. After which SPSS will be used to perform the multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis. Findings Findings ofthe thesis should reveal that the workplace internet leisure and the various other variables such as workplace internet leisure policy and even workplace autonomy orientation do in fact have an effect on employee’s satisfaction. The roles ofthese independent variables to that ofthe dependent therefore would prove to be significant. Limitations As with any study, this too is somewhat limited as the responses are not considerably high in number, workplace internet leisure is somewhat essential to some employees but this can’t be a one size fits all study as employees, theirjobs and lifestyles all vary so again this is why the scope of this study is somewhat limited. Recommendations The study could be extended to focus on employees of some other job sector entirely, to gauge how important WIL is to them, this can include multiple sectors which about 300 responses from each thereby making it more concrete en_US
