THE IMPACT OF COLLOBORATION, OPERATIONAL ATTRIBUTES AND INFORMATION SHARING ON REVERSE LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE IN AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY KARACHI.

Abstract

Purpose The main reason to this examination is that, how much practices an information technology and the SCM (Supply Chain Management) that take actions against the information sharing of an organization ofreverse logistics. Methodology & Design For this purpose in this paper the survey method has been used through closed ended questionnaire because this paper is quantitative in nature, this approach is used in this paper is just because the paper is totally based on theory and hypothesis. Findings The population ofthis paper is employees that are working in automobile industry Karachi and the sample size ofthis paper is 250. Limitations I used multiple regression techniques, in this project or research because the most important objective is to find out relation between dependent variable and independent variable. Recommendations For this regards the result shows that the operational attributes and information sharing and collaborative practices have very positive impact on RL that is stand for Reverse Logistics, this study provides a way to all managers to overcome the entire problem related RL procedures.
