dc.description.abstract Purpose: Gender discrimination has been a severe issue in all walks oflife however, this study is being carried out to determine gender discrimination and its impact on employee productivity at workplace. Banking sector has been selected for this study. Previous studies have documented the fact that, it is the discrimination at workplace which hinders mostly female to join the workforce. Considering this, gender discrimination has been classified into: discrimination in hiring discrimination in promotions and, discrimination in granting benefits. Methodology/sample: The research follows quantitative methodology with deductive approach. The sample size for this research is 200 respondents i.e. females. The research variables include: discrimination in hiring discrimination in promotions and, discrimination in granting benefits while, the dependent variable is, Employee productivity. To determine the impact, Cronbach alpha, Pearson Correlation and Regression tests are used. Data is collected through questionnaire. en_US
