dc.description.abstract Purpose: The focal intention of conducting this research is to determine the liaison between Perceived Green HRM (GHRM) Policies and activities on career starters’ desirability & perception towards the green organization in an evolving state i.e. Pakistan. Furthermore, it discovers the noteworthy effect of firm’s reputation on the affiliation of GHRM practices on job seekers’ intention to pursue. Methodology & Design: A total sample of 448 students was collected from different universities of Karachi city i.e. Bahria University, SZABIST, Iqra University, and IoBM, by using simple random sampling technique. The students within the sample data are attending their final year of Bachelor’s and Masters, This study follows the methodology of quantitative research. Findings: The overall outcomes ofthe study has presented the awareness to the firms that the newbie or job seekers of the current time are more cognizant about their part in the ecological sustainability by focusing on the green practices and policies followed by different industries rather it be Job Description, Recruitment, Selection or Training. Furthermore, employer’s respectable repute upsurges the positive effect ofGreen Human Resource Management Practices on newbie intention to pursue. Limitations: While, as for the limitations are concerned, the current research focused on some private institutes to collect the data, it could be mixed using government institutes as well to know the perspective of both type of students either from government or from private. Secondly, this research focused only the newbies i.e. old age people might have different perspective when it comes to green HRM as compared to the new job seekers. Recommendations: Green policies and practices are yet becoming one ofthe major factors for the job seekers to pursue their careers in a more collectively and atmospherically conscientious way. Organizations need to focus on their HR practices and strategies, which need to be focused more on environmental sustainability, so that they can attract the best talent from the market. en_US
