dc.description.abstract Purpose: The point ofthe research was to assess “A study of Sustainable HRM practices and its impact on employee job performance in Banking Sector ofKarachi, Pakistan.” A model has been adjusted of HRM practices (selection, employee empowerment, training, and compensation) including employee performance. The purpose is to build up a comprehension of the connection between Sustainable HRM (S, HRM) practices and job performance. Moreover, the examination will likewise assess the need and significance of HR practices in the organization and how HR practices works in banking division of Karachi. Numerous analysts have proposed that fruitful administration ofHR requires a legitimate human resource framework and so as to build up a firm human resource management system, the organization must have powerful human resource practices. Employee performance is considered as basic element for the achievement of any organization just as for the representatives of the organization as far as their inspiration, production and advancement. Methodology & Design: This research applied illustrative and detailed plan. The target population was the individuals working in different banks ofKarachi. The sample participants were 399, chosen from the target population. The examination included use of questionnaires, filled by workers of various banks of Karachi. The respondents pertain to different grades of employees including managers, operation managers, tellers and BSOs. Through Statistical Package ofSocial Science (SPSS), Hayes process was utilized in regards to the HRM practices and job performance. To examine the data Regression, ANOVA, correlations, and performance indicators were applied. The data gathered was entirely based on the employee’s perception about the above mentioned human resource practices. To analyze data, correlation tests were applied. The sampling technique chosen is convenience sampling. en_US
