dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of agility in supply chain and its impact on firm performance. Supply Chain Agility represents how fast a supply chain responds to the changes in environment, customer preferences, competitive forces etc. It is a measure of how companies adapt their supply chain to these changes and then how fast it is able to achieve. Methodology/sample: The research follows a quantitative research methodology based deductive approach. The data for the research is collected through questionnaire. The total on sample of the research includes 200 respondents while, the collected data is analyzed using Statistical tests:Cronbach Alpha test, Descriptive statistics and Regression test to measure the internal consistency of variables, generalizing the whole responses and, to identify the impact of independent on dependent variable, respectively. The data collection or this research used is primary data collection method i.e. questionnaire. The variables includes IV: Alertness, Accessibility, Decisiveness, Swiftness & Flexibility and DV: is firm performance. Findings: The findings from the research shows that, 61% of the total variation in firm performance can be achieved through factors of SCM agility. The study also highlights that, among all flexibility has the highest impact. Similarly, the previous studies have recommended agility in supply chain as key indicator in boosting the firm performance Future Research: the future research could be carried out through usage of technology like ERP & Artificial intelligence in standardizing and alignment of SCM processes. ERP on one hand, improves performance whereas, AI provides the supply chain with contextual intelligence which can be used by them to reduce the operating costs and manage inventory en_US
