| dc.description.abstract | Purpose This study aims specifically to analyze the impact of SCM Practices on Competitive Advantage and Organizational Performance. Methodology & Design The research used in this study is quantitative and it includes data collection of 250 respondents from manufacturing sector of Karachi. A questionnaire is adopted to collect the data and then the data were analyzed through SPSS. Further Reliability and regression used to check the relationship between variables. were Findings The result shows that SCM Practices’ plays an important role to achieve OP and with successful implementation of SCM Practices it’s becoming a key way to secure a competitive advantage. SCM Practices has a positive impact on OP and CA. Limitations The limitation for this study work is limited to manufacturing sector of Karachi. This study is meant to be cross-sectional so that it is not generalized all over the world. This research is quantitative and only questionnaire is used for the collection ofthe data. Recommendations SCM Practices plays an important role to achieve Organizational Performance and Competitive Advantage. Organizations need to implement these practices into their business so that the organization can able to perform well and it will become easier to achieve Competitive Advantage and Organizational Performance. | en_US |
