Abstract

Human Resource Management Systems is a software application that combines HRMS as a discipline and in particular it’s basic HR activities and processes with the information technology i.e. attendance system, management system, payroll system and performance record. HRMS application automates the HR activities in an intranet specific to a company by allowing the integration of all the employees working in the organization. It keeps the record of all the departments related to the company such as Web Development, Business Development, Search Engine Optimization and CSR etc. 1.2. Purpose The purpose of our document is to analyze the basic HR activities and describe how to automate the services of HRMS. It Improves service delivery to our customers: the HR dept, employees, and other staff. This system is proposed to support the organization so that they can deliver their business objectives efficiently and can deal with new challenges in the market. 1.3.
