| dc.description.abstract | Purpose ; r Like many other companies, Ibex Global is also facing retention issues, which make it difficult to retain the employees. Therefore, it becomes difficult to assume that organizational citizenship behavior exists in organization. So the aim ofthis study is to examine the impact of employees’ retention policies on organizational citizenship behavior that would motivate them to stay in company. i Methodology & Design This study has used the explanatory design ofresearch because it helps in developing a cause and effect relation between retention policies and organizational citizenship behavior. Sample size is 460 out ofwhich 300 filled the questionnaires. The data is analyzed using frequencies, percentages, cronbach’s alpha and regression analysis. i ! : Findings The results show that each independent variable of employees’ retention policies has positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior which is the dependent variable, because each ofthem have Sig. P value less than 0.05. Limitations Limitations ascended from the selection of research variables, the scope of study which is comprised of one company only and use of single informant approach which restricts the access to broader based insights. Recommendations Future research should be conducted by including additional factors, expanding scope comprised of NGOs, private companies and thus compare the similarity of findings | en_US |
