| dc.description.abstract | Purpose ofstudy: The main purpose ofthis research in impact oftraining and development on employee performance and employee productivity in private banking sector in Karachi. This research is based on how employees is performed well and become productive. In this research shows which variable effected in training and development. In this thesis questionnaire for collecting quantitative data and likert scale is use. There are 251 responses was collected and analyze the reliability test, regression, correlation and hypothesis test. Methodology & Design: This research is quantitative in nature and for collecting data primary and secondary sources(articles, journals, internet) were used. The techniques is used in this research is non-probability and convenient sampling. The software is used in this research is IBM SPSS 24 version. Findings: A finding ofthis research shows that there is negative relationship between training and development on employee performance but there is a positive relationship between training and development on employee productivity. But insignificant relationship made due to randomly filling questionnaire and not talks in a general way. But in western countries results are different we say it is depend on the situation. Limitations: There are some limitations of this research. This is based on private banking sector as well as in Karachi region only and time is a constraint of this research. | en_US |
