| dc.description.abstract | The purpose-the main objective of the study is to analyze the effect of agility, adaptability, and alignment on supply chain performance on small and medium-sized enterprises by collecting data from manufacturing industries in Karachi-Pakistan. Methodology & Design-Research model is proposed on the effects of agility, adaptability, and alignment on the performance of the supply chain. The research hypotheses were measured using correlation analysis, reliability test and structural equation modeling based on the collected data from 100 respondents working in Karachi-Pakistan manufacturing industries. Findings-the result is based on the study with the support that agility, adaptability, and alignment is positively associated with supply chain performance. Research Limitations-The data gathered by 100 companies working in the manufacturing industry in Karachi-Pakistan. The generalization of the study results may be limited by sample used to conduct the study which was small in size. Recommendations-The successful implementation of the agility, adaptability and alignment strategy will enhance the overall supply chain performance and also help to gain sustainable competitive advantage. | en_US |
