Abstract:
Purpose the sole purpose of this research is to highlight the issues of high job demands of
employees ofAviation sector ofPakistan that results in theirjob dissatisfaction. The study also
finds the relationship of Job Demands with job dissatisfaction. This research mainly focuses
the employees of commercial airlines that are P.I.A, PCAA, Serene Air and Air Blue.
Methodology & Design Close ended questions were used to get responses ofthe engineering
personnel. Questionnaires were sent to different stations and Airlines to get their responses
through Google forms and hard copies were also distributed in Karachi Station. This research
is quantitative in nature. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling and the
sample size is set to 300 employees. Reliability test, correlation and multiple regression tests
were run by using SPSS tools for study.
Findings Our results showed that there is positive and significant relationship ofJob Demands
(Time pressure, Workload, Role Ambiguity and Role Conflict) on Job Dissatisfaction of
employees in aviation Sector of Pakistan.
Limitations There is a certain boundary drawn in which researcher was able to work or
limitation is defined as the work ofresearcher that was under his/her own control. And beyond
that was uncontrollable and was limited to that extent. There are a limitations in Data
collection, Time constraints and Aviation Flat Organogram.
