dc.description.abstract Purpose: The aim ofthe study is to explore the impact ofsupply chain relationship quality on quality performance. Methodology/sample: Quantitative methodology was adopted to investigate the SC relationships and design and conformance quality. Convenience sampling technique was utilized to recruit 110 participants in the research process. These participants completed the survey questionnaire. Findings: The findings ofthis study highlighted that SCRQ has a positive effect on the design as well as conformance quality. This shows that by development and participation in factual partnership relationship in the supply chain, the participation status ofsuppliers could turn out to be more active in the process of designing and developing new products. Practical implications: From the perspective of management, commitment and mutual trust are the basis of developing a rational approach for management of supply chain relationships. Organizations can enhance the quality of product by concentrating on managing SC relationships. Managing these relationships is often the role of the marketing domain. en_US
