dc.description.abstract There are a lot of difficulties in the juvenile justice system of Pakistan regarding juvenile delinquents. These flaws can repudiate and eliminate by rehabilitation and reintegration in juvenile justice system. One of the significant causes found through criminological theories i.e. broken home theory, and social learning and disorganization theory of juvenile delinquency were suggests that the poor financial state of families and broken families are truly linked in with such issue. After applying criminological theories in juvenile justice system we observe, that it’s better to rehabilitate and reintegrate the juvenile delinquents rather than to give them severe punishment because the root purpose of the punishment is to eliminate the crimes and not only to punish the wrong doers. The system in juvenile court is much more focused on the best interests of the child. There is much more emphasis on treatment, education, rather than just punishment. We can see that most of the juvenile delinquents are from poor families because they have no resources for the proper training of the children. Now and again that was seen that the criminal demonstration of children was bolstered by the family just because of similarly less discipline and simple safeguard of juveniles. So such practices ought to be discouraged by the entire society. Nearness of delinquency in family and companions was likewise an essential reason for delinquent conduct of children so to control juvenile delinquency we need to work for the entire society. The real necessity is that the causes behind the delinquent conduct ought to be limited up to conceivable level and the privileges of children ought to be completely regarded when they conflict with the law. en_US
