Online Leasing and Maintenance System

Abstract

In the rapid fire world, one tries to save time that is wasted by waiting in long queues and expecting others to approve our requirements and then get hold of what they need. In car leasing processes, people have to travel to banks every second day to check the status of their application and to wait for their turn of getting hold of that one car they’ve wanted all their life. These manual processes are time taking and big hassles to tackle. So, in order to make this problem less complicated, less stressful and easy to get hold of, we introduce in our project, “Online car leasing and maintenance system”. Getting hold of a car on lease couldn’t be any easier through our way as our customers would not need to get into all those messy paper works and banking complications and procedures of leasing. Our customers would just need to fill our form and provide details of the car and select the leasing schedules provided. Along with that our car maintenance system holds a centralized data of the cars making it easier for them to track their vehicle and update themselves with the maintenance status of the car. Customers would be allotted a username and a password to retrieve the details of their cars records, leasing records. Customers can take appointment for body shop, paint shop and general maintenance for their cars. This way, they can save a lot of time and would be able to manage their schedules in a more comfortable and stress freeway.
