dc.description.abstract | Human Resource is the asset of every single organization. Every year a lot of organizations hire number of people in different departments for their organization. Significantly knowing the importance of employee's organizations hire number of employees on different post, with different salaries. And every organization from decades are investing in their employees from the process of hiring to their training and counseling's. And Attrition is a serious issue if not controlled as it should be then it would risk every structure of the organization. Hence the best management is that which took actions to observe the situation, that why employees are leaving the company what are those factors which lead an employee to leave the organization. And what are those factors which an employee is looking in any other organization. Human sources are the life blood of any organization. It's the employees of the organization which add price to the organization and employees are the important valuable belongings of rising organization. Organization now a days, located to the science driven but human resources are required to run the Technology. To find, attract improve and keep the suitable talent may be a prime phase of management. Therefore it is a critical job to maintain a constant workforce with valuable employees. Attrition may additionally be a problematic principle which highlight altogether organization. Whenever a well-trained and skillful employee leave the organization it creates a vacuum, so the organization loses key skills employees and hiring a new employee at that time to replace that particular employee will be a hectic job and loss to the organization. Because a skillful employees are those who contributes to the effectiveness, growth and development of the organization. Retaining employees may be continues practice but it is an important factor which lead any organization to the market with recognition. If organization is evolving and creating atmosphere that makes their employees motivated through any mean like income, bonuses, and employees are not working overtime.
