Utility billing management system (UBMS)

Abstract

Utility bills management system (UBMS) is a billing management system for all types of utility bills such as electricity, gas, water, telephone, cable etc. The management system facilitates the user not only in recording the bills payment month wise but also analyzing the trends of utility expenditure and future prediction of expenses to manage budget. It also gives a comparison of previous monthly expenses with new year expenses. It also generates the expenses in the form of graphs such as bar and line graph. It also generates an alarm which is set by the user one day before the due date of the bill and the time is set by the user. A new aspect is introduced which shows data between paid and unpaid. If the bill is paid it is shown paid and also the date on which it was paid. The API used in this app is firebase which stores the information in the database
