dc.description.abstract	In Pakistan the literacy rate is rising, most of the new generation in Pakistan are educated. However, there are still a lot of people belonging to the rural areas who do not know how to read English, Even in Urban areas there are some elders who do not know English. Since most enterprises and organizations carry out their procedures in English we aim to provide a solution for these people who cannot read and understand English. Urdu Mezbaan is a mobile application that can recognize text in an image and afterwards translate it to Urdu. The main purpose of the project is to design a mobile application that helps Pakistani people who do not know English, understand English instructions on different interfaces used by organizations by translating them to Urdu. i	en_US
