Abstract:
Augmented Reality is the technology that expands a layman’s physical world. Augmented Reality appears in direct view with the existing world through many devices. A view of the physical existing world with the added artificial computer generated images or models, therefore changing the perception of reality is Augmented Reality. There are basically 4 types of augmented reality which include Marker-less AR, Marker-based AR, Projectionbased AR and Superimposition-based AR etc. Out of these using marker-based AR is used which places a marker before implementing the computer generated images or models. AR can be displayed on various devices: screens, glasses, devices and head-mounted displays. It involves technologies like simultaneous locations and mapping (SLAM), depth tracking, cameras and sensors for collecting data, Processing that data, Projection of that data on a surface to view and Reflection of AR devices to assist human eyes to view virtual images. Augmented Reality (AR) promises a very new and advanced interface for many modern applications. Here we pay attention to Augmented Reality’s use for exterior modelling of the house. House modelling in Augmented Reality poses a big benefit to the property leaders and their clients which helps them view houses in Augmented Reality and create a model according to their liking. RealtorAR provides a complete solution to house modelling problems, providing a marker-based solution to the standard house modelling applications. This can be beneficial to many real estate businesses and goes a long way. We are applying the augmented reality practices on residential houses to ease the customers in building their houses.
