| dc.description.abstract | Academic Institutions issues academic certificates/degrees to students on completion of degree program requirements and maintain a record of the academic certificates/degrees issued for verification purposes. In the past few years, cases of forged academic certificates/ degrees have increased and verification of certificates/degrees is a lengthy and time-consuming process. In this project, we used blockchain as it provides immutability to the stored data.
