dc.description.abstract	News portal is an application to show news received from different sources using RSS feeds i.e. BBC, GEO, and CNN. This application provides a web interface to end users for sharing their views by commenting on particular news. It provides an option to its viewers to register themselves. News Portal has two options presented to its user, first is the National News and second is International News. Both types of news can be viewed by clicking on respective link which direct the user to the corresponding news page. The news sported in list view with a citation to its source. News Portal also bestows search query facility to its users to find any kind of news from news archives. This portal also provides geographical location of the particular local news. Benefit of this portal to facilitate news analyst for presenting their analysis in talk shows.	en_US
