Capture, notify and deliver- an intelligent postal mail sorting solution for enterprises

Abstract

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technique is an optimal solution to many problems when it comes to text recognition. Although Named Entity Recognition likewise provides a top notch solution to many problems that are requiring identification of entities. Our project basically automates the manually control lled mailing room in order to provide an ease for every enterprises that comprises of a mail ing room. The project is actually about developing a Dja11go Web Application for Admin personnel to mange the Letters and send notification to specific Recipient. On the other side, Android Application is developed for the Recipient to receive notification of their letters and consists of features to view their notification and acknowledge on collection of their letters, such that the status automatically updates from pending to collected and both Admin and Recipient could view it on their respective dashboards. Firebase Cloud Firestone provides an intermediate between the Web and Android Application and through FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) the Admin is able to sent the notification to the specific Registered Recipient. vi
