Abstract:
Our project emerged in line with the new generation of customized HR systems; it assists in
managing the company’s most important asset – “Human Resource”. The system is
applicable to diverse business industries, a perfect platform for re-engineering your HR
processes and redefining the operations of HR professionals, paving a landscape to the new
avenues of HR Management. It provides a rational assurance that the organization will fulfill
its objectives and help it to counter risks by maintaining the excellence of reporting. Assisting
“Performance Appraisal” and monitoring conduct in the company are its key attributes.
Since the more effective check and balance system in the organization, workers will give
more efficient services which ultimately lead to the higher level of customer satisfaction,
finally resulting into the completion of organization’s goals.
