Quality Management System Process and Procedure Automation

Abstract

We want to implement the techniques and studies we did in our degree in way to do something creative and different. We observe that no such system exists in our university which covers all the areas defined above. So we decided to Design and Develop a Quality Management System which should take care of the maximum Processes and Procedure’s Automation, which are done manually till yet. Our group goal is to make this system user friendly and that should lessen the management load so that they do not need to do their task manually. The idea was to develop such a Quality Management System which ensures Process and Procedure Automation mainly, Process Monitoring System as well. Faculty Management and Monitoring, Institutional Facilities monitoring System, institutional Support Monitoring System are the main features of this Quality management System (Process and Procedure Automation ).
