dc.description.abstract	Now a day people use mobile phones to much that they have all their office work, personal files billing system and daily tasks on their mobile phones. Almost all mobile phones contain camera, big storage good RAM and powerful Processor like PC’s with browsing facility. Our project named as “Automated detection of Currency through image processing” is basically an online android application which users can download this on their mobile phones and use it whenever they want and where ever they want to use. The main focus of this application is to identify the currency of Pakistan which is mainly targeted for tourist and people come from other countries to Pakistan	en_US
