Decision support & automation system for Student resource centre of Bahria University

Abstract

The Student Resource Center (SRC) of Bahria University is entitled for the management of all kind of affairs related to student being a candidate of the university. Normally, every document and forms are processed manually, which is a real time taking process and sometimes require delays. There are thousands of students in the universities, if only 40% of the student access SRC at the same instance for different causes, the SRC is going to flood with tons of documents. To compensate this issue, we can convert the manual system into online system. As the modern era demands ease of access and on time delivery of work. So, if all the forms and applications are converted online, it could save time on both ends providing better results. Students will be able to fill out and submit the form even when the SRC is closed. This can improve the efficiency of the SRC to great extent. In addition to that, student will be able to determine the status of the application or form through the dashboard
