Abstract:
ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is a medical condition affecting an estimated 5-7% children A child with ADHD has differences in brain development and brain activity that affect attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control. A ADHD patient have these problems: self-focused behavior, interrupting, trouble waiting their turn, emotional turmoil, fidgetiness, problems playing quietly, unfinished tasks, lack of focus, avoidance of task which needed mental effort, mistakes, day dreaming, trouble getting organized, forgetfulness. Proposed application aim to help ADHD patients. Proposed application provides a virtual reality based exercises for ADHD patients that will help them in to face significant challenges in various aspects of life. This application is used for cognitive brain training and behavioral therapy for ADHD patients through exercises that will be based on virtual reality. Proposed application will be used for brain training/therapy in schools, clinical setups, homes. Proposed application will have a series of questions at the start, which will be able to define whether the patient has ADHD and then treat them accordingly.
