dc.description.abstract Verbal communication as well as content is principle mechanism for a person correspondence. An individual needs vision to get to the data in content. The individuals who have deficient vision can get data from sound. This report presents a camera supportive content recognition and face detection device to help outwardly hindered individual in perusing the content present on the caught picture. The visually challenged person can detect the presence of a human around them by using face detection system. The appearances can likewise be identified when a man go to the edge by the mode controller. The presented thought includes content pulling out of the filtered picture utilizing Tesseract OCR tools and changing over the content into discourse by e-Speak device, a procedure which enables outwardly debilitated people to peruse the content. It is a model for visually impaired individuals to perceive writings by separating the content on picture and changing over it into discourse.
