dc.description.abstract Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) includes the performance of system capacities, for instance, firewalls and switches, as Software applications that can keep running on universally useful servers. In present-day arranges, each system work is regularly executed on committed and exclusive equipment. By using virtualization advancements, NFV empowers arrange capacities to be conveyed on a distributed computing foundation in server farms. The Mobility Management Entity (MME) is one of the feasible components for virtualization for the control plane due to its non-handling feature of user data traffic. MME does not handle the user data packets and not uses any sort of hardware for data processing towards the cloud. fn recent networks, it is observed that · the traffic has been increasing rapidly. Classifies the requirements for a virtualized MME to connect the advantages of cloud computing. The deployment of MME on the cloud is not an appropriate strategy due to the heavy load on computing resources. On the other hand, if the MME software is used for cloud computing it does not handle the benefits of cloud computing. The main purpose of this research is to develop a suitable software deployment architecture that can accomplish a cloud-optimized design for the MME. This research aims to showcase the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen architecture with the help of an experimental assessment. The proposed architecture is based on Software Defined Network (SDN) based networks to boost and enhance the traditional cellular networks processes and functionalities. The proposed architecture namely Software-Defined Network-based Network Functions Virtualization (SDN-NFV). The proposed SDN architecture is based on three tiers including the data plane, en_US
