The purpose of knowledge management is reusing knowledge in future projects and also for reference purpose in current projects. Knowledge management concept is new in Requirements Engineering. Requirements Engineering process is considered to be a very time consuming process in the entire SDLC. This research is to refine the knowledge management concept in Requirement Engineering to bring agility in the process. The question arises, how to extract and use this knowledge in future projects as well as in the maintenance of current projects. The proposed model suggests how to manage knowledge and experience in Requirements Engineering process, and how to utilize this knowledge and experience in future projects. This practice will save time and cost and also achieve quality. The novice developer as well as experience developers will be benefited in term of accelerating their requirements engineering activities. | en_US |
